Our next public auction: Saturday May 24, 2025 at 1:00pm

 Bidders must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license or State issued ID card. All bidders must sign in and obtain a bidder number before entering the lot.

 Vehicles will be available for viewing one hour prior to the start of the auction on the day of the event. 

All vehicles are SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” with NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ABILITY TO TITLE SAID VEHICLE.  All vehicles are sold as is, how is, where is. It is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition before bidding.  

Bidding can be done in person on the day of the event. By placing the highest bid on one or more vehicles, you are agreeing to purchase the vehicle(s) at the final bid price. No exceptions. 

• We ACCEPT CASH ONLY.   
• All sales must be PAID FOR THE DAY of the auction.  Vehicles must be removed from the Auction lot no later than 6:00pm on the Wednesday following the Auction. You will be charged storage fees in the amount of $25 per day beginning Thursday after 12:00 am.   
• No pickups on Sunday, Our Business hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Bring your paperwork as proof of payment and purchase when you pick up your vehicle.

• Finish Line Towing is not responsible for vehicle repairs or startup of any kind – buyers will be responsible for coordinating additional services and providing their own equipment (Auction does not supply batteries, fuel, etc.). In the event a vehicle will need a locksmith, or the vehicle will not start, buyers must schedule to arrange these services.
• Finish Line Towing offers scheduled tows at a cost of $65 Hook and $5/mile tow within a 40-mile radius of pick-up location. Please schedule locksmith and/or tow service, if needed, prior to making your payment. 

***A tow company scheduled to pick up from pick-up location must be insured at minimum with general liability, workman’s compensation, and provide a Hold Harmless letter on company letterhead. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
